About this house rental

A brand new listing! With brand new furniture, bedding, and dishes, etc. Centrally located in historic Pensacola and only 3 blocks to the yacht club. This clean, newly remodeled house offers you 3 bedrooms with a variety of bed options including a king, a twin over full bunk bed, two full beds and a queen sofa bed. The 2 bathrooms are beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you need to refresh after the beach or get ready for your night out downtown!
Two entertainment rooms give extra comfort for families with kids. One is also a game room, and both have large screen TVs for movie nights.
The outdoor spaces include a sun deck with bay view, a covered lanai with fire pit, bbq grill, and dining area, and a large grass yard for playing games together.
Experience a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere during your stay at this lovely property. You and your guests can walk to the community kayak launch, community center or a great viewing spot for Blue Angels practice and shows! You are less than 5 minutes to the Pensacola Yacht Club and downtown. 15-20 minutes from Pensacola Beach. Near great restaurants in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood!
