About this house rental
This cozy 3 bed 2 bath is walking distance or a short drive to all Pensacola has to offer. There is plenty of parking to accommodate your family and a boat trailer. Inside, the cottage has all the amenities of home including high speed internet, Keurig, desk with an extra monitor to handle remote work and a large back deck with a grill for entertaining. Wether walking to dinner on the bay, a Wahoos game or taking the boat out, this house can accommodate all! Sorry, no primary renters under 21.

The house was close to the Pensacola Yacht Club and would be great for anyone (like us) looking to rent a house while they were at a regatta there. The main room was large with an open Kitchen and large dining room table. The bedrooms were fine. Overall.. the house is not super luxurious, but it was functional and the price is more than fair for what you get.

It served the need, but not the best rental we have had. Broken tile floors in hall bath. Sinking spots when walking through by kitchen, and broken flooring. Not enough washcloths for the size of house and our party of 4. We also had to re-wash all towels and wash cloths as they smelled of mildew.
We have rented 4 homes in Pensacola over the last two years. This would be on the bottom of our list.
I do not like leaving negative comment, but what I am stating is truthful.
