We have enjoyed renovating this house to make it comfortable and practical. We hope it meets your expectations.



Located in a typical Les Sables d'Olonne neighborhood, the house is appreciated for its calm, authenticity, and proximity to the city center and local amenities. The area has kept its original charm, with no recent buildings, and offers a peaceful setting. A covered market is open daily just a few minutes’ walk away. The street is one-way and very quiet.



The train station is a 15-minute walk, and a bus stop is just 1–2 minutes away at the end of the street. The house accommodates up to 4 guests and features a garden. The garage, 100 meters away, fits a medium-sized car, bikes, or beach gear. The Arago-Bel Air district offers easy parking and is close to shops, public services, and the beach (10–15 minutes’ walk).



The house has two parts connected by a pleasant, private garden-terrace. The main part includes a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, and a living room with a pull-out bed suitable for young children. Beyond the garden, there is a spacious bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with toilet.



Bed linen and towels are provided, and beds are made for your arrival. You can park on the street, and a public parking lot is 2 minutes away if needed. The house must be left clean; cleaning is your responsibility at departure.
