    We booked room number A4 for 3 days. The place was not prepared before our arrival. Towels were not there. Had to call the caretaker up for bringing the towels. First night itself there was constant power cuts in the middle of the night. We had to call the caretaker up for starting the generator. And he said he cannot run the generator for more than half an hour. In the complete 3 days the power was there only for 30 percent of the time. Wifi was joke. There was no range whatso ever. And we were never able to find the source of the wifi router. It seems the wifi was provided by hotspot from one of the staff. As we noticed the range only came during the breakfast time. When the staff was nearby. And we couldn't use our sim as it was a remote location. The breakfast also was not served on time. On the third day, we couldnt have the breakfast as they said it will take one more hour to prepare. And already it was 9 o'clock in the morning. Staff was not reachable in the morning as he kept his phone switched off. The pool was not usable. Not maintained. The tiles were stained so bad. Top it off we paid premium amount to stay there. Most places around it charged very less. We tried to vacate on 2nd day. But all other places nearby were booked out. And the network situation didnt help much either. I wouldnt recommend this place. Above I am posting the dining area photo. It was taken at 0900am. The staff was not even there yet to prepare food.

    The resort was a huge disappointment. The service was slow and unprofessional, the rooms were not properly cleaned, and several basic amenities were either missing or not working. Staff seemed indifferent to complaints, which made the entire stay frustrating. For the price charged, the experience was nowhere near acceptable, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone
