Away from the traffic noise of the street. In a secure building with pin code for entry. Prompt WhatsApp replies from helpful property manager. The room was just like the photos. Complementary tea and coffee. Kitchenette, some cutlery and plates and bowls for those who might need them during their stay. You can have a fingerprint recorded so you can unlock the room door with your fingerprint or the room code - very convenient!
A family nearby has a rooster that cock-a-doodle-doos frequently from early morning, which did become annoying.
