This is a really comfortable, well designed room that makes great use of space, and manages to have great WiFi, AC, hot water, a little balcony, and lots of electric outlets, so it’s especially well suited for digital nomads. The family that runs the hotel are absolutely lovely, and the homestay is in a little alley that’s close to tons of great food and some of Asia’s best coffee (and croissants!) that feels like the perfect mix of real neighborhood and big city. If there’s a room available, pounce!

Amazing stay! The host was so friendly and welcoming, the location was extremely convenient, and the room was clean, cozy, and very homey. I'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

After staying in over twenty hotels across Saigon, Homestay Tito has become my absolute favorite. What sets this place apart is the extraordinary attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design.
Phung's husband, an architect, has personally designed and handcrafted the furniture for each room, and his expertise truly shows. Every element has been thoughtfully chosen and placed to optimize the compact space, creating an environment that feels both unique and remarkably comfortable. You can sense the care that went into making the most of every corner, transforming what could have been a simple room into something genuinely special.
The property itself is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, providing a true retreat from the bustling city. Practical touches like the washing machines available for guest use add real convenience to the stay.
But perhaps the greatest asset is Phung herself. She is genuinely kind and exceptionally helpful, making you feel welcomed and well cared for throughout your stay. Her hospitality elevated an already excellent experience into something memorable.
If you're looking for accommodation in Saigon that offers character, thoughtful design, and warm hospitality, Homestay Tito is an outstanding choice. Highly recommended.
