Cleanliness and location
There was enough toiletries and towels to make our large family comfortable. Proximity to everywhere else also made it easy
We took very lovely pictures at the balcony as well

The property was well located and accessible to almost everything. It was within walking distance to the mall, with many food establishments nearby. It was also close to a park and grocery stores, right in the center of everything.
There was not much to dislike. A little more lighting could improve the living space, and continued maintenance would further enhance the overall condition. However, it was generally clean, comfortable, and definitely worth it.
