The space -
This is a cottage living property on the banks of credit river( refer to exterior photos/pictures), in the greenbelt and is surrounded by credit river, greenery, and not surrounded by subdivision houses. There are no street lights, so it gets pitched dark during night time. You may sight deers, squirrels, birds, turekys etc.
It is approx. 3500 sq feet house on approx. 1.5 acres of secluded land, with 5 bedroom/ one working office / 4 full washrooms etc.
The property is located on credit river / close to Lion Head Golf Course and is
-approx 21 minutes from Pearson International Airport,
-approx 12 minutes from Toronto Premium Outlet(TPO),
- less than 5 minutes from Eldorado Park ,
- approx 5 minutes from 401 exit at Mississauga Road.
Guest access -
1. Guest can use the whole house except the basement and the garage.
2. If the guest is to stay more than 28 days, we need to have DL’s info ( or passport) of the guest, references, reason for trip, and a mid term rental agreement signed.
Other things to note -
The guests need to use caution while using the driveway because there is a pole anchor on the asphalt driveway. If need help contact the host. The host or a delegate can attend on a short notice.
