Heromylos Resort And Spa

This was my second year staying at this new hotel, which remains very promising. It has very good facilities, an excellent and rich breakfast, and is located in a wonderful spot close to the sea. The new spa area that opened this year is also very beautiful and a great addition to the overall experience.

Unfortunately, our room was not ready at the official check-in time of 3 p.m. We arrived at 14:45 and were told to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes, but in the end we had to wait about an hour after our arrival and only entered the room after repeatedly asking at reception. The same issue happened with several other arriving guests whose rooms were also not ready which I could not understand how this was possible as during our arrival on a Friday hotel seemed empty. In contrast, this year the check-out time was moved earlier to 11 a.m. instead of 12 p.m. as it was last year, and despite the delay at check-in, nobody offered a later check-out as a polite gesture or apology. Another negative point is that at the upper pool area you are not allowed to order snacks to eat by the pool and are forced to go up to the restaurant instead, which creates unnecessary inconvenience and dissatisfaction. One day I went up to the restaurant to have a snack; it was completely empty, and for the 20 minutes I sat there nobody laid the table or came to take my order, even though I mentioned it to the waiter, so I eventually left without eating. In the room, the telephone to call reception was not working (as was also the case last year), and the balcony door has internal blinds that are not fully blackout, so a lot of light comes into the room during the day. Because this hotel is a major investment for the area and has a lot of potential, I really want to give it more chances, but for a 5-star property it still has many issues, especially with staff experience, guest comfort and overall service.

Room was big enough for a comfortable staying. Breakfast products was fresh with local foods.

Ένα διαμάντι ένα κόσμημα στην Εύβοια!!! Φανταστικό spa υπέροχο φαγητό,μοναδική τοποθεσία.Συνεχιστε έτσι ....σίγουρα θα συγκαταλέγεται στα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία της Ελλάδας!!!

Να ξεκινήσω καταρχήν από το χαμογελαστό προσωπικό που σε υποδεχόταν όχι με προσποιητή ευγένεια αλλα με μια εγκαρδιότητα που πήγαζε μέσα από τη καρδιά του. Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο και άνετο με πενηντάρα τηλεόραση όπου απολαύσαμε τον τελικό του Champions League καλύτερα και από το σπίτι μας. Το πρωινό επίσης ήταν πολύ ωραίο και πλούσιο. Η παραλία επίσης όταν δεν φυσά βοριάς είναι πολύ όμορφη με ανατομικά στρώματα στις ξαπλώστρες. Το παραθαλάσσιο χωριό Άγιοι Απόστολοι αλλά και οι Πετριές που είναι σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Γενικά η μονάδα αλλά και το μέρος είναι ιδεώδη για χαλάρωση από τους ξέφρενους ρυθμούς της πόλης.

Το ψυγείο τύπου μίνι μπαρ. Καλύτερα να υπήρχε ένα κανονικό μίνι ψυγείο διότι χρειάζεσαι δυνατή ψύξη για το νερό αλλά και για τυχόν αναψυκτικά ή γιαούρτια που θέλεις να διατηρήσεις. Το μεσημεριανό μενού θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο πλούσιο γιατί τα εδέσματά του ήταν κατά κύριο λόγο τύπου "σνακ" - ωραία όμως. Το ότι ενώ καθάρισαν άψογα το δωμάτιο δεν πήραν το χρησιμοποιημένο φλιτζάνι του καφέ. Αυτά όμως δεν αναιρούν τις υψηλές υπηρεσίες της μονάδας.
