Spazioso Loft in Col di Lana

Finding the location was quite difficult as Google Maps keep on taking you to different building block, and if it is a known fact, it would have been made clear by the property mgmt. In our case it took us about an hour to find the correct location after asking for pictures from mgmt support and then tracking the nearby restaurants through Google ourselves. There is no parking available at the location and not even to drop off your family, but there is a paid Parking available within 50 meters of the property that mgmt doesn't recognize and tell about. We had to figure it out on our own after circling the place about 5 times.

The property location was really good and it was built nicely as well, but few things to mention that the property was managed poorly. AC was not working, the pedestal Fan provided was broken, also the comforter on sofa bed had alot of really bad stains, the shower holder inside the bathroom was broken, the rain shower was all rusty and kept in place using a string attached from the top, the water mixer was also broken, there were few tiles that came off of wall some time ago and were just left there under the sofa and not pasted back. Upon complaining about AC, Fan and comforter, the mgmt sent a service guy next day who proved us the new comforter, replaced the fan and cleaned up the AC filter that improved a performance little bit. Overall that apartment needs some proper care and repair work.

Spacieux, jolie, très bien placé dans Milan à 20 min à pied du Duomo

Ce n’était pas très propre, pas de place de parking malheureusement compliqué à trouver une place dans Milan ( il y a un parkings à côté mais c’est six euros l’heure)

La ubicación es céntrica La vivienda está reformada y limpia Tiene Aire acondicionado

-Lo peor de todo: Contactamos al número de teléfono de atención al cliente, y en 3 días no nos contestó nadie (aun hoy en día no me han ni leído) -Encontrar la ubicación no es fácil (el cartel de San Marcos es muy pequeño e ilegible si llegas de noche) -Ponen un mini botito de gel para tu estancia (no da para mucho) -No había agua caliente: El termo estaba apagado. Ponen un cartel en el termo, que no puedes tocar ningún botón porque si tocas algo te penalizan, intentamos contactar, pero como no contestaban, lo tuvimos que encender.
