    Staffs are welcoming during my stay. I only have intermittent sleep because of the ticking sound, I think it’s the fridge in 301. Their menu has limited availability yet the serving and taste was acceptable for me👌

    Room we got is huge and comfortable to stay. Bed is soft and wide good for Family of 3. The room is clean. Good for a quick overnight at Clark.

    Due to an emergency (not sure what), we were informed we need to cancel our bookings. But I can no longer cancel (Agoda) and they informed us a few days before our arrival. Had to haggle with the staff and thankfully, they sent us to their villa (booked 3 rooms) which was spacious, cleaner and we had fun

    Booked this hotel in a rush because I was going home from abroad, all the other hotels I wanted to check in to were all booked, so I saw this and checked out the reviews and seemed like the reviews were all good. So I booked it. Day of arrival, my family picked me up from CRK Airport and we went to the place exhausted but also excited at the same time because I'm gonna spending some relaxing time with my family after some months away. We wazed the place and was honestly not super impressed when we saw the exterior. There was some maintenance or renovation of some kind going on in the pool area and got disapointed because me and my kids wanted to have fun out there right away. Got to the point when I asked the staff if we can refund, and we will just go to another place. But sadly we cant, so we just pushed through with it. OKAY NOW ON THE POSITIVE PARTS. The rooms is super spacious and clean, up to the bathrooms. It looks newly renovated that was good! And the biggest are the staff! I was really sorry I got grumpy with the staff because of my initial assesment of the place, all the staff were super nice and professional, thats why im giving them 5 stars! When we were finally allowed to use the pool, they really made sure to clean it for us. Its was nice and the restaurant staff were all so nice as well! Our night at the pool definitely changed my opinion. FINAL TAKE: Honestly, for the price you could go book in another nicer and better hotel, thats why my expectation was so high before we got there. Positive points for cleanliness, and the staff!
