Property was very nice, clean and very well kept. For a couple or a group of small friends (3 people) is a very good place to stay. There is also a supermarket near and surrounded by a lot of coffee shops, restaurants and easy to catch the bus or a taxi.
The reason why people tend to book an appartment, is actually because they like to even cook or prepare things for themselves, and I think a kettle and some basic utensils in the kitchen are needed to be available.

レストランの多い地区にあり食目的の旅には最高のロケーション。部屋は新しくとても綺麗。オーナーとはスムーズなやり取りができた。宿泊先の建物の下にCONADというスーパーマーケットがある。近くにも他のスーパーがある(少し安い)。となりの建物にパン屋があって便利。カプチーノは160Lek。ドライヤーがついていた。Loggiaがあってそこでお茶を飲んだりできて良かった。
カラトリー類が全くない。コーヒーメーカーと電子レンジがあれば完璧。この住所ではgooglemapでは住所から正しい場所が明示されなかった。わからない場合はCONADのスーパーを目印にすると良い。

Great location near the lake, restaurants, and next to a grocery store. Equipped kitchen with newer pots and pan. The apartment floors plan is great and the host responsive.
