Stuff at this place is very professional, I want to highlight the reception stuff very friendly,polite and professional, I had a chance meeting with owner of this hotel who is very friendly and trustworthy person. I think if you are planning to stay in Mumbai that is your best choice because the do care about there customers. ALSO they are not only hotel they also assist with everything in Mumbai me and my wife wanted to go to a different city and they helped as to purchase train tickets and told us what is our further steps and offered safety bag storage and we did, when we returned everything was in the same place and everything was safe and nothing was stolen they are trust worthy people. Thank you very much for your assistance guys.
