value for money at self service and clean with comfort common area for reading while waiting or solo time. near Singapore and nearby many food store & other grab car to bus stop is near too.

Self-service pay area: --no vegetarian cup maggie and only have other favour in common area prepare by owner. --need some basic kitchen ware like knife etc for fruits time

Cozy and simple place to stay overnight. Self check-in instructions were given via whatsapp day prior to check-in Water is free (via a water dispenser machine) but have to take by yourself but snacks are not (i think) and basic amenties like shampoo & body soap ;etc are provided (no conditioner though). Bed and pillows are fine for me.

No check-out instructions given. Staff were too busy cleaning up rooms to mend the counter so we just followed what other guest did (by placing the keys on the inner table top) but later on, a staff came and we just told her we left the keys on the table. Counter staff is malay speaking mainly, but you can work around it. Rooms are not really sound proof, was woken up by a loud sudden thump noise in the middle of the noise despite wearing earplugs.. Shower floor are like anti slip presumably as they were made of hard rock base? So it was abit uncomfortable to step on while showering.
