The Wave , Palolem

Breakfast was good, though I would have appreciated a few more healthy options such as chia pudding, overnight oats, and a larger, more varied fruit platter. The food overall was tasty and well prepared, and I especially appreciated the open, clean, and modern kitchen. However, for a restaurant located right next to the sea, I would have liked to see more fresh fish and seafood options on the menu.

All the food is prepared fresh, tastes great and has been given a lot of attention. Good Coffee too. All eaten under a gorgeous wave like bamboo shala/restaurant keeping you out of the sun, but in the lovely breeze. Was able to work from there in the afternoons, read and enjoy the views of the ocean. The property is not obstructed by shacks. And its bang in the middle of the beach -- ideal to head out for a swim or a walk anywhere on Palolem. Bonus + two gorgeous retrievers for Company for beach play.

The retrievers could be out in all areas of the property like the restaurant but thats just us :)

Amazing accommodation set in beautiful settings, staff couldn’t do enough, would definitely recommend.
