The location was perfect. The rooms were good. Staff was friendly and cooperative.

Had another amazing experience at Rococo Pelton Beach Shacks & Restaurant 🌊 This place never disappoints the food and service are consistently excellent. The shacks are located right in front of the beach, so you get to enjoy a stunning sea view while having your meal, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing and special. A big highlight is the owner, Suman. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly cares about his guests. His warmth and hospitality are a huge reason why I keep coming back. In fact, this is my 5th visit here and it’s become a must-visit spot for me every time I travel to Goa. They also host open mic and karaoke nights every Monday, which adds a really fun and lively vibe to the place Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food, beautiful views, and heartfelt hospitality

This is an amazing place with wonderful staff. Good location close beach access. Best choice to stay.

Honest review of the stay at Rococo Pelton- ONLY If the AC worked for an AC Room for which I paid 5k/night. I was travelling with my Mom and my Pet Dog... It was a terrible experience in Goa heat where staying in the room was suffocating. Mom and my pet fell severely ill. When informed to the so called Manager - Mr ***, he first sent a technician who came and changed something in the AC and said it will work, NOTHING WORKED! Then after again complaining they sent a 18 year old "technician" who clearly told that they don't service the AC hence it won't work no matter what's done. Finally after calling 10 time to get the AC fixed and nothing happening, I went to the Manager - Mr *** office to tell that instead of the customer calling a million times to get the AC fixed, he should go check and get things fixed to which he was reluctant to respond in person or even when I called, he kept disconnecting. When I told him that he should have the courtesy of acknowledging when a "customer at the hotel" is calling, he said he was riding!! Anyways, finally he was like "you can leave if you are not ok"!!! And I was travelling with my Mom and Pet for God's sake. I still agreed to get the refund and leave, and I told him that I will write this review to which he clearly responded - "yes please write, even I know how to respond!!!!". THE AUDACITY!! Then a staff guy came - *** , very helpful and tried fixing the AC untill midnight and it finally worked until next morning. And he had to continue doing it every 1 hr but well maybe I stayed coz of the help from Chithra, who seemed more of the Manager than the Manager himself!!! This was ongoing issue from the time I checked in at 1.30 PM until I checked out.i would have taken my reimbursement and left but I wasn't finding another suitable place at the last moment. Rest all staffs were really helpful and nice except the MANAGER - MR. *** himself!!! So please be careful of this property unless one wants to be baked in the room heat and pass out, out of suffocation and ready to call and walk up and down to the reception a 100 times!!! The view was amazing, good was ok, room was good, but all went down the drain along with my money for the so called "AC Room"!!!! Never had this issue EVER in any Goa Sea Facing Property. I'm guessing the owner pays money to the Manager but he keeps it for himself rather than servicing the ACs and taking care of the property..and the Owner should really pay attentions else such a nice place will go wasted!! Somehow I was able to find the option to review here. THANK GOD!
