Spacious Casselberry House with Backyard Pool

Location was great for us.

The thermostat was not adjustable. So we could not cool the house in the evening. They would answer our text promptly but it was never resolved. There was trash by the front door. It never got picked up even after it was mentioned to the host. In the bathroom there was a sign that said not to put toilet paper in the toilet. This should be noted on the description of the unit. I have never been expected to put my toilet paper in the trash in a house I have rented. They should let renters know before booking. The pool was dirty and the pool skimmer was dry rotted. They did not do anything to clean it after mentioning it.
