Casa Feliz

The outdoor pool area was not clean— lots of cobwebs, loose tiles in pool, holes in the screened in area, dirty chairs, the patio door going out to the pool was extremely hard to slide open and shut. The bedroom sliding door to get out to the pool was not able to be opened at allThe outdoor pool lights must have been on a timer and if you wanted to go swimming in the evening after sunset, it was totally dark back there. Had to use flashlight on phone so that you could see. Also the hot tub must have been on a timer because it shut off after sunset too which was disappointing. When we arrived the dishes & cups & coffee pots in the cupboards were dirty — we had to put everything in the dishwasher before using. The location felt safe but far distance from stores and restaurants . Set way back in a development that took almost 20 minutes to get to as there were several 20mph speed bumps in the roads. (It was extreme)Attached garage was nice and clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. Nice gathering areas and tv’s. Lavatory and showers were good. Laundry area was good & provided detergents. Asked to check in at 12pm instead of 4pm and was charged 100 extra. The bottoms of my feet were black from walking barefoot inside the house.

Overall this is a nice home that was comfortable and we enjoyed staying here.

We had a wonderful stay. The hot tub and pool were great. Totally worth the extra to have to pool heater on in December. Great location!

It is a nice property. But the property could have been a little bit cleaner. The shower in the master bathroom had a bunch of blond hair on the shower floor and drain. Alot of the lights did not work (Laundry room and pool lights did not work). Saw baby roaches in hall way and in kitchen. I'm highly allergic.
