It’s a very good price and just being in Patong beach means everything fun was nearby.
There were two bathboxes in my floor. In one, the showerhead was broken and would spill from the back. In the other, the bidet hose had a hole. These should be small fixes, and having both issues at the same time implies low-key neglect, or just very bad luck.

Well I like the location and outside sitting but inside is hot and no fan nor aircon
I didn’t like the inside sitting area it’s need cleanness as well as to be specially to be taken care of flooring and inside sitting to be let cool during daytime so I believe it’s really hot during daytime and it could have been better and make it more friendly however it’s need proper management who knows how to do that
