The 4 bedrooms were of a good size and living area spacous. The hot water pressure was very good. It was easy to locate and access. The double garage was a big plus for security
It could of been quite a bit cleaner. There weren't many condiments, only 1 tea towel and only 1 stool at the island bench. The plantation shutters at the front of the house need attention

Quiet location, spacious house.
Convenient location for a wedding we attended in Rochester.
The beds were not as comfortable as what we usually experience. Having said that, they are not the worst we’ve had.

Comfortable and clean
The garden was a mess the grass was at least a foot long definitely could have had a mower run over it to make it more pleasant to be outside
