LuxStay Apartments APT2 - Private Parking

Una delle poche strutture con il posto auto interno. Appartamento adatto per due persone, per brevi soggiorni. Cucinotto funzionale.

Il divano letto estremamente scomodo, con materassi deformati. Il lavandino del bagno troppo piccolo, schizzi dovunque. La base della doccia ha la pendenza sbagliata, l'acqua esce da sotto la porta e allaga il bagno. La porta d'ingresso non ha chiave fisica ma tastiera a codice che non dà le mandate, poco sicura quando si esce di casa. L'appartamento si trova in una strada in salita, dopo una giornata fuori è faticoso rientrare.

Nice location, ok for a short-term stay. Nice kitchen, you can easily prepare breakfast there. I don't think I would recommend it for long stays though. Self check-in ok: you need to fill in your passport/ID info in order to get instructions on how to enter the building, no interaction with the host. Easy to park.

A lot of noise came from the street even if it wasn't a busy street. I could hear every time a car passed by and couldn't sleep. The linen had stains on it, it didn't look dirty, but it had several big stains which could have been easily removed. The place is very small: the entrance door hits the furniture when you enter the room. In general, it's hard for 2 people to move in the room at the same time. Opening the bathroom door blocks access to the living room/bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom were ok sizewise, but the bedroom/living room was extremely small.
