It was a nice homey apartment and seemed to have everything. I did find the self check-in to be a surprise. I hadn’t realized it was self check-in. It was a bit tricky. More descriptive instructions would’ve been appreciated. I.e. lockbox did not look like the kind we have in Canada so it confused me.
Self check in The elevator did not work for hours on the first day.

The apartment was spotless, with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay in Zagreb. There were even some biscuits in the fridge and basics like coffee, salt and pasta, which was so helpful! Communication was also excellent.

Had everything you would need such as washing machine and iron etc. A good location with shops, bars, cafes and restaurants close by. A short 15 minute walk to the main centre.
It was a bit tired! Needed updating but it was function.
