The amount of beds in the home were great for the family. There were pots/ pans/ cooking equipment for cooking! There was coffee which my husband thoroughly enjoyed! The kids enjoyed the pool which was an awesome touch
The floors needed a little mopping in between the previous guests and us.

Great location, quite neighborhood, and close to the beach
Unfortunately the weather was not the best (raining) and the upstairs bedroom ceiling leaked and the dining room ceiling leaked and the upstairs doors leaked. The toilets and showers got backed up. Only two stove burners worked. A lot of sugar ants. The couch was older and not clean.
