Welcome to `A-Frame of Mind` in Jamaica Beach, Texas! Our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom A-framed beach home offers a minute`s drive to the sandy shores, perfect for families, friends, and beach lovers. Enjoy our spacious layout with cozy bedrooms for a restful night`s sleep. Dive into our fully fenced above-ground pool or lounge on the deck. Entertain in our game room with pool and foosball. With a well-equipped kitchen, dine al fresco or indoors. Escape to our beach retreat and embrace laid-back charm.

● Beach Access: Just a minute drive from the Jamaica Beach access point. Cars and golf carts are allowed to park on the beach.
● Private Pool: This home features a fully fenced above-ground pool that is 4ft deep surrounded by a spacious deck for lounging.
● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day - Labor Day — and city park.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

Adjacent to the living room, another spacious bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a twin bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends.
Venture upstairs to discover more delights. A full bathroom awaits to refresh and rejuvenate, while the game room offers entertainment with ping pong and a flat-screen TV. Inside the game room, two sets of full-sized bunk beds and a full-sized sofa bed provide flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. Continuing on the second floor, another charming bedroom awaits with a queen-sized bed and a twin bed. For a unique retreat, ascend the spiral staircase in the game room to the third level. Here, a cozy room awaits with a queen-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.
Outside, enjoy the fresh sea air and sunshine on the balcony and front porch. Below, the pool beckons with sparkling waters and ample tanning space, while a fire pit with seating invites evenings under the stars. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
