Holiday home with large deck and fenced yard, close to the beach

Hard bed in master. Not enough seating In the house, the house needed some maintenance and updating. But all in all a good value.

We liked the location, the downstairs yard and grill, the linen and towels were clean. Communication with the property was excellent and they were extremely nice. When we expressed our concerns with the property management there was good communication and attempt to fix any immediate things but we were only there for less than 2 days so none of the things I expressed concerns for were an immediate attention for my family. The sunrises and sunset from the porch were wonderful!

The home definitely needs some maintenance and upkeep, it is dated but that's not the problem. The door frame was broken so you had to push it open hard. There was a musty smell in the home, the window sill in the kitchen was moldy, there wasn't many cooking utensils to use and what was in there was dirty or broken. The fridge had hair in it upon arrival, we found the downstairs bedroom area had a mold problem that you could smell so none of my family stayed down there. The grill grates were not the correct ones for it so they kept falling into the coals. The beds were a little hard and the couch was dirty upon arrival with stains. Upon leaving the property we were throwing away our trash and found a pillow covered in mold in the trash.
