Da wir zur Fortbildung an der IWK waren, lag diese Unterkunft mehr als optimal. Die Innenstadt liegt ca 10-15 min Gehminuten entfernt, was für einen kleinen Spaziergang optimal war. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Nähe (Lebensmittel und Drogerie.) Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war komplikationslos, nett und freundlich. Im Haus selbst war es ruhig und gab keine Störfaktoren. Apartment sieht aus wie auf den Bildern.

Sehr sauber. Sehr modern eingerichtet.Eine schöne Altbauwohnung. Sämtliche notwendigen Küchengeräte vorhanden. Es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine. Überall kleine nette Details.
Das Haus war eine halbe Baustelle - eine Info darüber hat gefehlt. Ein zwei kleine Stellen in der Wohnung waren noch nicht verputzt. Die Gegend ist nicht ganz so ansprechend. Die Heizung konnte nicht reguliert werden,somit war es z.T. zu warm und dann zu kalt.
