Modern Living - free parking & self Check-in

We were looking for a dog-friendly place for a short trip to Graz at the last minute and found Miriam’s apartment. We didn’t really have any expectations, but the apartment definitely surpassed them! It is a spacious, bright apartment that is furnished in a really homely way. It genuinely felt like living in someone’s home rather than staying in a rental. It is also well-equipped with pretty much everything you could need, including a dog bowl and even a dog bed. The bed was very comfortable, and even though there is a playground and a kindergarten right by the building, the windows did a great job of keeping the apartment quiet. The area itself is surprisingly quiet and at a walking distance from the city centre. Miriam was very helpful and thorough with all the information regarding check-in and check-out, so everything went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Pleasant, modern accommodation within walking distance of the city center with a parking space in the underground garage. The apartment on the 3rd floor was modernly furnished and fully equipped with a large loggia. There was everything needed for a short stay, including a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The landlady was helpful and responded quickly if necessary, she sent us detailed instructions on how to settle in and everything went smoothly. Even though the multi-story building is in a modern building, the surroundings were quiet and the apartment was also quiet and peaceful at night, we slept well there. There is a supermarket nearby and the train station is also nearby. Overall, Graz surprised us very pleasantly, we felt good there and we recommend visiting it. Beautiful view from the castle hill, interesting architecture of the Museum of Modern Art and walks along the pedestrian zones on both banks of the river were very nice.

The apartment shows signs of use. The overall good impression was marred by a few minor things that can be fixed. The kitchen faucet was loose and wobbly, the bathroom sink didn't drain well, and some of the curtains no longer held well on the curtain rods. That might just require a visit from a maintenance person.There were no mosquito and insect screens on the windows, although there was no problem with them at that time.

zatkana umywalka w łazience, zasłony znajdowały się w całkowitym nieładzie, właściciel polecił nam wynieść śmieci przed wyjazdem, co też uczyniłem, Wi-Fi praktycznie bezużyteczne (w telefonie miałem szybszy Internet), ponieważ telewizor również był zależny od Wi-Fi, to praktycznie nie działał

Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielką. Duży apartament. Miejsce parkingowe. Spokojna okolica.

Ładny apartament z dużym potencjałem, któremu dobrze zrobi odnowienie. Przyda się malowanie wnętrza, przegląd, naprawa lub wymiana niektórych elementów wyposażenia (klamki w drzwiach, bateria w kuchni, kołdry) i przede wszystkim uporządkowanie dziesiątków pamiątek, obrazków i innych gadżetów po byłych mieszkańcach.
