The host was very friendly and the apartment is truly welcoming. It's quiet, has a really well equipped kitchen and its own washing machine in the bathroom. There is really a lot of attention to detail (like really good toilet paper) and the apartment is quiet. The location is great and the value was great.
Parking your car is a bit more complicated. Also you may not be able to fit your car through the narrow entry gate to unload right at the accommodation (you may have to walk back and forth 50 meters to unload).

.) Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber geputzt bei der Übernahme.
Ich habe die Ferienwohnung nur in der Nacht benützt, da ich untertags meiner angenommenen Verpflichtung nachgegangen bin.
Ich habe in meiner Wohnung (umgeben von anderen - bewohnten - Wohnungen) eine Mindestraumtemperatur von etwa 23°C - 24°C, ohne die Heizung nennenswert aufgedreht zu haben. Daher habe ich die Ferienwohnung Andrea, die anfangs ca. 20°C hatte, als sehr kalt empfunden. Ich weiß aber, dass viele Leute diese Temperatur als angenehm bzw. energiesparend erachten. Das ist eben ein riesiger Unterschied auf Grund der Lebenssituation.

This was second time we stayed here and the apartment was just as good as before. Simple but meets all requirements you need when you come for skiing for a couple of days. The kitchen is super equipped (maybe a toaster would be nice to have), the bathroom is quite big and comfortable, the bed is comfy, and everything is spotlessly clean. Just a 12 mins drive to the Stuhleck ski region.
