21 Greenwich Common NW Calgary Alberta

Het is een mooi nieuw verblijf met goede rustige ligging en mooi ingericht met goede bedden

Niet proper genoeg en weinig keukengerief

It’s a brand new house and the unit is super clean, the location is great, it’s just beside the highway to Banff, so if you plan to drive to Banff, it’s a great place to stay

The shower water was way too small, it took me more than half hour to finish my shower because of the small water, there were only two towels so if you are more than 2, it was not very convenient.

Clean fresh spacious - great location

Nothing not to like!!

The accommodation offered good privacy for our group, and the location was convenient for getting around. These were the main highlights of our stay.

Check-in was a little disappointing. Although I requested an earlier check-in at 3 PM, we were asked to arrive at 5 PM because the property needed cleaning. However, upon arrival, the cleanliness was still below expectations, and the pillows and blankets had a strong curry smell. We also experienced issues with the washing machine and dryer, as our wet clothes were not drying properly. When I contacted the host for assistance, I did not receive a response to my concern and was instead sent the check-out instructions. There were no clear instructions for operating the air conditioning or heating, and one of the rooms became uncomfortably hot. We also noticed some broken items that needed maintenance.
