Located in the end of a cul-de-sac near the intersection of 53 st NW and John Laurie boulevard. Easy access to SuperStore, Costco, Safeway, Dalhousie LRT station. Lots of tree surrounded, like living in a forest.

A good stay.

pros:
- mostly just as advertised in listing
- affordable
- good neighborhood
- owner answers promptly
Cons:
- unclean master bedroom bathroom
- encountered strong smelly stench in 2nd room especially when closed for a long period of time
- no landscaping done, intruding drive way space, along with the skid steerer, coming in and out of a large vehicle
- minor issues like some doors were hard to close, no AC or fans provided in summertime (had to sleep with open windows)
