Downtown 2 Bedrooms Full Kitchen & Easy Parking

We loved this charming home and its fantastic location! It was just minutes from downtown Sacramento, with beautiful parks within walking distance in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The interior looked exactly like the photos, and everything was spotless upon arrival. The home was well-stocked with essentials, and everything was thoughtfully organized and easy to find. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay, so these are just a few suggestions that could make an already great place even better. Since there is only one bathroom, adding a full-length mirror to the back of each bedroom door would help guests get ready without having to occupy the bathroom. We also noticed that the beds tend to slide if you sit or lean on the edge, so placing a large rug or non-slip pads under the bed legs would help keep them in place. Lastly, it would be helpful to provide enough bath towels for the maximum number of guests. We had four adults and two babies but only three bath towels available. Overall, these are small improvements, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The property is in a residential area . 15 mins walk from the river and a walking trail . There is big field near the property . I loved the location as it is quiet and very Pvt

I liked the property

I liked the communication from the host and the cleanliness of the house. The location was also great for quietness, parking, and proximity to Sutter's Landing and freeways. The outside looks like a typical home, but the inside looks rennoavated, especially the living room and dining area.

No real issues! If you plan to cook, be sure to bring your own kitchenware and spices. There were a couple of pots and pans and some mixing utensils. The railroad tracks aren't too far, but were not loud for us.

I really like how clean and comfortable the house is.

The only thing I would recommend is maybe an extra set of bedding or blanket.
