Rigoletto Apartments by Fenix

Venice itself fits a lot into a little space. This place was definitely a reflection of that. Comfortable and (mostly) clean. AC worked well once we figured it out. Location was ideal. restaurants nearby, a different attraction or waterbus stop 10 minutes walking in any direction. Host instructions for self-check-in were helpful.

No sheets were put on the single bed and we were instructed to do it ourselves when we asked. The shower head holder was also a tad broken but otherwise worked well. The screens on two of the AC remotes were broken and the other remote was missing batteries. Also none of them were labeled by room. The one cabinet in the larger room's door was also broken and very difficult to close. It also seemed like one of the rooms wasn't swept. I didn't so much mind that it was quite cramped quarters as I figure this is normal for venice but people with larger bodies or large luggage might have difficulty. Staircase was also a bit spooky.
