Très joli Riad dans la médina. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux servit sur la terrasse du rooftop. Avant notre arrivé le propriétaire nous a envoyé la localisation sur what app pour nous aider à trouver rapidement Staff serviable qui nous a commandé un taxi lors de notre départ pour un prix très raisonnable à Marrakech et qui nous a accompagné jusqu’au taxi

Chambre au rez de chaussée à côté de l’accueil qui donne l’impression de pas trop avoir d’intimité (alors que le reste des chambres était quasi vide) Odeur de renfermé/moisissure dans la chambre qui persiste malgré qu’il y ai un diffuseur pour palier au problème La wifi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre du rez de chaussée et pas de réseau non plus, il faut se tenir devant la porte pour avoir du réseau

Le Riad est très calme. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par Mohammed, qui s est toujours démené pour nous rendre service et faire en sorte que nous nous sections bien. Hannah a pris le relais et a aussi été parfaite. Merci beaucoup.

La taille des chambres

As a regular visitor to Marrakech for 20 years, I have stayed in many riads across the Medina. While this Riad offers an unusually large room, the comfort is very basic, and the service falls well below the standard expected for the price. Main disappointments: Hygiene & Smells: From arrival, a persistent sewage smell filled not only the bathroom but the entire room, making the stay unpleasant. Previous guests have mentioned this issue, yet it remains unresolved. Poor Welcome & Organization: After giving my name, I waited 20 minutes with no explanation. I was told the owner would arrive within 30 minutes, but he never appeared. The welcome felt impersonal and disorganized. Slow Communication: Although I speak fluent French and English, getting simple information about taxis, laundry, or Wi-Fi took far too long. Staff often seemed unsure how to respond. Service & Breakfast: Tea was served without asking my preference. I had to request honey instead of marmalade, and being charged €3 for a third (average) coffee felt unnecessarily petty, even though the fee was later removed after I complained. Comfort & Atmosphere: The Riad is in a dark, uninviting alley. Despite the spacious room, comfort is minimal (for example, no bedside tables), and the décor lacks warmth or character. A few plants or subtle fragrance could have helped offset the unpleasant odors. Overall, the generous room size cannot compensate for the lack of comfort, poor service, and unresolved hygiene issues. For this price, I expected a far more welcoming and professional experience. As an answer to the Riad owner to my comment: - If I would have known I could cancel the reservation I would have done so but I was not aware I could. - Your staff does not speak English or French I can confirm - It is a silly thing to say that guest have bad intention when staying at your place. I just travel to relax not to bother hosts - Providing a breakfast with limited bad coffee is not generous.
