Location was good. Checkin was smooth. Room was spacious and clean. Room is on the 7th floor so even though its right on the roadside its fine. Everything is convenient. The owner is very polite and responsible. He made sure we were comfortable at the stay and even allowed for late check out. You can have tea breakfast right outside the building as there are numerous options. Walkable distance from park street and various other spots.
Since its on the roadside if u are planning on resting or sleeping during the day it is impossible due to traffic outside otherwise at night its quiet. I think thats the only negative part I experienced.
