The large room with good living space is spacious. Basic amenities like AC, freezer, microwave, induction and cutlery are fine. The host is very good and responsive. The location is excellent. Definitely Better than any budget or mid range hotels nearby as far room size and facility is concerned.

The down stairs entrance is narrow. There is scope to improve on furnishings. The cleaning material kept in toilet can be removed. The extra materials kept in cupboards are to be organized.

I loved the way the owner treats you! He is one of the most humble man i have ever met! He was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: 1.Host was very accommodating with our requests for early check in and late check out, we are grateful to him for that. 2. He was present to give us the keys. The place was stocked with water bottles in the refrigerator and on the table. He even sent some chocolates for our children. Host was the nicest part of the stay. He helped us hire a cab for a day. 3. Location is ideal. It was pretty close to major tourist attractions and good eateries. 4. Air conditioners worked. 5. The couch opens as a futon, can be used as an extra bed. 6. Host provided us with fresh towels upon check-in. However, they were brand new and she'd a lot of lint when we used them.

Cons (most of these are easy fixes and I list them respectfully and objectively with hope that host addresses them) 1. Except for areas in front of couch and bed, the rest of the place was not clean. We noticed hair and spider webs around the place. 2. Bathroom is small. Although it had tiles cladding to the ceiling, they were not clean, specially the skirting tiles at the bottom. 3. Toilet seat kept sliding to one side when you sit on it. 4. Mirror in bathroom is losing the silver, it should've been replaced. 5. Pillow covers were changed but one of them was torn at seams, some pillows were pretty old and dirty. One of the duvet cover was not replaced. Host provided us with a fresh duvet cover upon request. 6. The oil vaporiser on living room table was dirty. 7. Chair provided at the desk is broken, and wobbly. 8. One of the 3 legs of drying stand is loose and wouldn't stand upright, so it was leaned against a wall. 9. Place is cramped to make it seem like it has everything. If the refrigerator moves and inch, the kitchen door can't be opened. 10. The place was cleaned after two days of stay while we were in the place. The cleaning person finished his job of sweeping, mopping and a couple of dishes within 15 mins. He used the bucket in the bathroom for washing the mop. The same bucket we are supposed to use for bath. 11. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and we did not feel like using stuff from them. 12. Elevator had a stench, I think due to the filthy rubber mat on the floor, and the overhead fan mesh is dirty . 13. The building and hallway on the floor are filthy. The other apartments on the floor are unused and are not cleaned either. The hallway is about 2-3ft wide and claustrophobic. 14. The building is old and tired. I believe the place is overpriced at over 3.5 grand a day. It should've been priced at about half of that. The lack of proper ongoing maintenance is the key difference between stays at such places and hotels.
