The Hotel is a neat and clean property with fairly good service provided. Decent breakfast options and the staff was attentive and kind enough to customize some breakfast options when requested. The rooms are good size and bathrooms were neat and clean.

The Location - Being so close to the railway station, the neighbour is dirty and crowded. The sound of trains (though manageable for people from Bombay) can be a big disturbance for people travelling not used to Bombay trains. The photographs are misleading as I would never book a property so close to the railway tracks if I had known. Flies (and plenty of them) in the restaurant (which frankly the hotel can do something about) were shocking and really not expected from a 3-Star Property.

Courteous staff and clean rooms.

A very beautiful, boutique hotel I must say. Staff are too friendly and cooperative, took really good care by providing an early check-in which was the need of the hour. I have now freezed it for my future travel and will also recommend in my circle.

As this was my first trip to this property so I didn't find any point to raise as my dislike.

It was not expensive

I did not like anything much, location was horrible, food was below average, rooms were poor, staff was okay
