    The room was nice but was not hygienic. The bedsheet were stained, the washbasin was not wiped properly. I ordered food through IRD which was ok but the tray used to get the food had dirty water mike it had not been wiped properly. I didn’t feel like eating it later on. I didn’t share feedback then because I was too tired

    I stayed at Ginger Hotel for 5 nights, and overall, my experience was average. The front desk team was consistently helpful and supportive, which I truly appreciated. However, I faced challenges with housekeeping, as the room was often not serviced on time despite multiple requests. Additionally, there is room for improvement in soundproofing, as train noise was quite noticeable during the evenings and late at night. While the stay was manageable, the hotel does have areas to work on to enhance the overall guest experience.
