房東什麼都有考慮到，細節很多，讓人住在這裡非常便利！
床會一直發出聲音，非常吵，而且睡起來不太舒服。樓上的走路聲很大，還會拖拉桌椅，對於聲音敏感的人，是很大的問題。

一入屋就聞到舒適的木香，無論裝修設備都非常有家的感覺。廚具，洗衣設備都一應俱全。提供衣架，可使用浴室內的乾燥功能，非常方便去長途旅行的旅人。這間屋子非常乾淨，真不錯。
以下是給旅人的資訊，不是不喜歡。 訂房的朋友要注意，這間屋是沒有電視機，要用投影儀投射netflix。但因為我沒有用，不知效果如何。另外太閣通地鐵口距離要步行7分鐘，位在安靜的住宅區，附近沒有太多店家。建議在名古屋站或榮等地區先吃完飯才回來休息，又或是買食材回來煮也可以。
