離地鐵站還算近，附近有超商；可以寄放行李（需問清楚時間）。
溝通超級超級慢，早上傳訊息晚上才會回，前一晚傳訊息隔天早上才回，需求無法馬上解決，廁所燈壞了也沒有馬上來修，早上出門前傳訊息告知，結果晚上回來燈還是壞的，只能開著門使用⋯⋯隔音很差，樓上蹦蹦跳跳完全聽得一清二楚；可能大樓老舊關係，一進來浴室就有一股潮濕味，室內空間真的蠻小的，我們兩個大行李只能在廚房打開，還得把桌椅全部推到角落才有空間行走；床偏軟，是這趟旅程唯一一間睡起來腰會酸的住宿地點；室內插座也設在很奇怪的地方，想使用熱水壺結果發現靠近地上的插座插孔裂開，怕舊公寓插座會漏電走火我們也不敢使用，然後剩餘的插座在靠近天花板的地方，位置真的讓人匪夷所思，最後只能放棄使用；另外有告知臥室最右邊床頭插座沒有電，結果最後也沒來處理。有提供洗衣機（沒有烘衣功能）但室內沒有可以晾衣服的空間，唯一的衣櫃被放置加床的床墊跟棉被，也無法使用，我們有詢問是否可以協助移走，結果也沒有答覆跟處理。
