La ubicación, muy cerca a todo, el personal muy amable
El baño de la habitación no estaba bien organizado, tenía unos puntos como de humedad. Las almohadas muy duras y altas. El café del desayuno muy maluco, si se está en el eje cafetero uno espera que den un buen café, no instantáneo.
