Piękny widok z balkonu, bardzo wygodne łóżko i doskonała pościel, ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami, dobra herbata, czajnik, butelki z wodą, chłodziarka, bielusieńkie grube miękkie ręczniki, kosmetyki, suszarka do włosów. Przede wszystkim doskonale wyciszone pokoje. Miła obsługa. Bardzo dobre różnorodne śniadanie i dobra kawa z baru w sąsiednim budynku LUKAS. Spędziliśmy tylko jedną noc i dwa dni intensywnej wędrówki. Obiekt jest nowy i jeszcze nie do końca uruchomiony, ale bardzo kameralny. Wspaniałe miejsce do wypoczynku. Polecamy szczególnie trasę na Wysoką Kopę z Rozdroża Izerskiego.
Nie można było uruchomić telewizora, mimo próby pomocy personelu wieczorem. Warto sprawdzić jego działanie po wejściu do pokoju.

Przyjemny pobyt , pokój komfortowy, łóżko wygodne.Parking przy obiekcie. Miejsce piękne, blisko do pijalni i centrum, z hotelu urokliwe widoki. Miejsce warte odwiedzenia.Śniadanie dobre, ale kawa przy śniadaniu brak ekspresu to jedyny minus
