The receptionist was friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and even brought us an extra blanket, the room was neat and clean and even had a comfortable bed with comfortable chairs

The host and the staff on duty were just brilliant. Professional, attentive and going an extra mile to ensure the guests are comfortable.
The mattress was just too hard - personal preference.

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. The room was well furnished and very clean. Attempts were made for the room to smell good.
I wish there was a spare blanket that's thick enough for the cold night. And the flee that was available, the material stuck on everything including clothes and hair.
