We were upgraded to their biggest room when we arrived. The quiet was amazing. The central location was convenient. The friendliness of Peter and Luca. We were spoilt with a King size bed in a massive room. Peter gave us mobile lights to use . Absolute Gem in an area so close to the CBD.

There is no signage outside the property to show there is a guest house. The power was off in the whole area from the night before we arrived on the Friday till 19h30 on Saturday evening. The owner did not arrange a generator nor were there braai facilities or a plan for take aways to cook food or hot water to wash. No pots pans and limited cutlery & crockery. No welcome coffee/tea, cleaning equipment to wash dishes. Toilet was loose. Thus we never got the opportunity to use the appliances and TV in our room.

The location was good, friendly staff members, the rooms and the facility was clean and tidy, still looks new and the room was great and spacious.i loved it.

There are no carpets on the floor where the table and chairs are and no carpet next to the bed for when you wake up, the tiles are cold. The hot water was too little for two ppl to take a shower, you will have to wait for a gyser to warm the water before another person could shower, and they don’t have enough heaters in the facility in this cold season. They don’t have wine glasses 🥲forks and dish cloth.

I think the place still new ,very beautiful but still need some improvements

Tv and WiFi was not working and we ddnt even get to watch a soccer,no ventilation no aircon
