lokalizacja świetna, na piętrze (bez windy), wszędzie blisko. Kamienica z klimatem.
brak klimatyzacji latem może lekko doskwierać, ale zapewne przez większość roku pewnie można sobie bez niej poradzić

Pokój niewielki, ale bardzo ładnie i funkcjonalnie urządzony. Mimo małej powierzchni znajdziemy w nim wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Idealne miejsce na krótki wypad. Dużym plusem jest świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, dzięki której bez problemu można przygotować posiłki. Bardzo czysto i schludnie, co zdecydowanie wpływa na komfort pobytu.
