Apartament bardzo obszerny, lokalizacja fantastyczna, bardzo dużym atutem jest parking bezpłatny przy apartamencie, w kuchni jest duża lodówka z dużym zamrażalnikiem.
Brak było ścierki do wycierania naczyń, ale to drobnostka.

Położenie apartamentu było w samym centrum miasta, mieszkanie przestronne i czyste, bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy.
Brak ściereczki kuchennej do wycierania naczyń czy podstawowego kuchennego ręcznika papierowego, zużyte (porysowane) patelnie, które nie nadawały się do użycia, ruszający się na wszystkie strony kran w zlewie, tak więc za każdym razem był stres, czy kran nie odpadnie:)
