Lokalizacja OK. Taką wybraliśmy.
Właściwie nie ma uwag. Na zdjęciach wyglądało to bardziej atrakcyjnie. Niestety, jest tylko jedna szafa w dużej sypialni, w pokoju z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami nie ma żadnej szafy, półek na rzeczy. Ten pokój przystosowany tyko dla dzieci. Na Google maps budynek z poziomu jezdni jest niewidoczny powodu prywatności (rozmazania w Street View).

Duże pokoje, parking na miejscu. Dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny.
W łazience trzeba trochę powalczyć z wodą - jest albo bardzo gorąca albo zimna.

Przyciąć gałęzie orzecha, podczas wiatru strasznie łomocą o metalowe zadaszenie balkonu, parkowanie pod orzechem budzi pewne obawy (ew. spadające orzechy).

Lokalizacja, widoki. Zaraz za oknem Poprad a z drugiej strony taras w widokiem na pobliskie wzgórza. Wyposażenie mieszkania spełnia wymagania komfortowego pobytu. Mili sąsiedzi. Blisko do "Pijalni Artystycznej" jak i do szlaków turystycznych oraz centrum Piwnicznej która okazała się bardzo spokojnym miasteczkiem. Niedaleko do stoków narciarskich oraz granicy ze Słowacją którą koniecznie należy odwiedzić.
Niskie ciśnienie wody i trudność w ustawieniu komfortu termicznego w kranach. Leciała albo zimna woda albo bardzo gorąca. Bardzo odczuwalne sprężyny w materacu w sypialni.
