Super easy check in instructions and the host kept in touch and was wonderful and kind throughout our stay. The apartment was lovely and clean. The kitchen was laid out well. Cleaning products were provided. A few complimentary items in the cupboard (no salt though). Enough cups, bowels cutlery and cooking utensils were provided and added bonus of a dishwasher was nice. The bed was very comfortable, especially for a folding bed. The room was well laid out and decorated well (you can tell lots of thought went into this place). The sofa area was nice the little wooden trays on the chair arms were a nice touch, so we ha somewhere to pop our teas and coffees while relaxing. Dinning table was also a bonus. Bathroom was lovely, fresh and clean. Supplied with enough toilet roll and towels too. Shower worked well and temperature was good throughout our stay. All in all, happy with our stay and would come back again for a short stay. Thank you very much for our stay!! 😁

Only a few minor things..... To mimic other reviewers, the road out front is super busy, so was noisy, especially over a bank holiday weekend. We expected this and this is no fault of the host or building. Just an observation for others. Personally, having a toilet roll holder on a wall would have been an advantage in the bathroom. (Not a deal breaker, just would have been better than being on the back of the toilet but appreciate its a small space). Bed Pillows - did find the pillows soft, super comfortable, but would have been nice to have spares as were not very thick and may have provided a more comfortable night's sleep. (We did bring extra in case so wasn't an issue but thoughts for future guests). Tv remote batteries may need replacing soon. Remote hit and miss but again we managed and tv worked well.

Comfy bed, great shower, lots of facilities in the kitchen (although we didn't need them) Staff very communicative and easy to check on out etc. lots of facilities shops pub etc nearby.

Can't be helped but the road is a bit noisy at night, with the windows closed it was fine but being hot we had to have them open. Unfortunately this is just being in a city so can't be avoided.

property is in prime location for easy access to transport and shops, abit noisy but worth it.

I understand there's no lift for some of us with mobility issue but appreciate the host help with this.
