Studio assez petit avec lit 1 place, bien placé dans un quartier tranquille. Accueil très aimable de Patricia. Commerces à proximité à la Plaza Rohrmoser (moins de 10 mn à pied). Il y a vraiment peu de place et les équipements cuisine sont succincts mais le prix est en rapport. Bonne adresse pour une étape courte pour petits budgets.
Il faudrait vraiment faire un effort sur la propreté (douche, sol, salle de bain). Une suggestion : montez le prix de quelques dollars et faites passer une femme de ménage, cela restera un bon rapport qualité/prix.
