One-of-one 5,000 SF 3BR, 3 1/2 BA, cedar-sided Lodge and adjacent Carriage House on 65 acres with the private 6 acre Grass Lake. Includes the amazing 1,000 SF 1 BR, 1 BA adjacent Carriage House. Just The Lodge can be rented but not just The Carriage House. If interested in just The Lodge, it can be found on all listings.

On your own 6-acre private Grass Lake. Amazing views of two lakes! 65 amazing acres with over 2+ miles of private hiking/snow shoeing/cross country skiing trails. Great fishing (Lake is stocked) loaded with Bass, Crappie, Northern Pike and Panfish with dock and use of low-tech fishing boat provided complimentary (Trolling Motor Available for rent). Plus a paddle board, canoe and two new kayaks...all included. Large Master Bedroom with King Bed, heated floors in bathroom and private deck, upper level large Bedroom with new King Bed and third with three comfortable beds...two Full and One Twin, perfect for kids. Four other pull-out beds...Sleeper Sofas on The Loft, Lower Level and The Carriage House plus a Cabinet Bed in the Lower Level of The Lodge. Two blow up mattress beds just in case. Lodge and Carriage House can sleep 14 comfortably depending upon the mix of the group. Gourmet Kitchen, Dining Room and Great Room...all adjacent. New wifi throughout. Screened-in Porch and Dining Deck with new table with 10 chairs with grill overlooking both lakes. Indoor bar and Outdoor covered bars area named “Grass Lake Tavern”. "Game Room" with new pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, whiskey barrel arcade game, putting green, TV, kitchenette and comfortable seating area. Two fire pit areas. Nice hot tub with lake views! Outdoor games include basketball net, horseshoes, corn hole and many other fun lawn games. Garage parking for two cars. Up to 2 dogs allowed (no cats as owners are allergic).
INCLUDED with This Listing only! Adjacent Carriage House of 1,000 SF 1 BR Queen plus Pull-Out Queen Couch, Kitchen, Dining Room and living plus spectacular views of two lakes from private deck. The Carriage House cannot be rented on it's own. wifi available in the Carriage House. Carriage House is NOT booked with others while Lodge is rented.
Perfect for families, friends, corporate retreats, reunions, couples and Ferris State University groups. For families whose kids are learning from home, this can be your second home with wifi for the kids and parents who may also need to work or learn from "home". We do ask that our guests refrain from streaming movies and gaming as internet is limited by the month.
Grass Lake Lodge’s housekeepers clean and disinfect after each stay to a very high level.
