Nice staff. Clean room. Best price around. Only issue was someone was sleeping in the hallway seeming passed out?! Front desk said they'd take care of it. Did not come out of room again as it was late and no other issues.

Clean place, decent sized room, had all the usual things you expect. The staff was very accommodating and let us check in early, no noise from the other rooms

The property is right on the main road leading into Big Rapids from the freeway. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and offered all that I needed. My only negative, and it's not that big a deal is that breakfast was limited in its offerings but yet things were fresh and plentiful.
